Arrival & Dismissal Information
⏰ Arrival Time
Students should not arrive on campus before 8:15 a.m. There is no supervision before this time.
For everyone’s safety, students being dropped off should remain in the vehicle until 8:15.
🚌 Bus Riders
Students riding school buses are picked up and dropped off in the designated Bus Only Lane, in front of the school building.
Do not drop off students in the bus lane.
🚗 Morning Drop-Off 1st through 5th Grade 8:15–8:25 a.m.
Access the parent loop via Elms Road (located at the former bus loop adjacent to the baseball fields).
Proceed along the drive into the loop, staying within your designated lane.
Kindly stay inside your vehicle and follow staff instructions as you navigate through the drop-off lanes.
Please have your child ready to exit on the passenger side.
Staff will assist students as they walk towards the building.
If your child cannot unbuckle independently or you need to leave your vehicle, please park and walk your child to the sidewalk.
Grades K-2: Enter through the main entrance
Grades 3: Enter through the middle entrance
Grades 4-5: Enter through the north-end doors
🚙 Afternoon Pick-Up 1st through 5th Grade 3:25–3:40 p.m.

Have your student pickup number visible. Staff will use this number to call your child.
Pull forward to the designated loading area and remain in your vehicle.
If your child is not ready when you reach the loading area, staff may ask you to pull forward and park in a designated area.
🎒 Dismissal Tags
Students will receive a luggage tag for their backpack to help staff identify them during dismissal. If your child gets a new backpack, please transfer the tag. Contact the office if a replacement is needed.
🧸 Kindergarten Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-Off: Kindergarten students are dropped off at the main entrance between 8:15–8:25 a.m.
Pick-Up: Kindergarten pick-up takes place in the gym from 3:25 to 3:40 p.m. Enter through the vestibule and enter the gym to pick up your child from their teacher. Exit through the back gym doors by the playground. MUST HAVE CAR TAG TO PICK UP CHILD or you will need to stop at the office to get license checked.
Late Arrival/Pick-Up: Students arriving late or being picked up after the designated time must be signed in/out through the main office.
